Based in the heart of Orlando, this company has built lasting relationships with clients and is expanding its community presence. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and the ability to guide the financial future of a dynamic firm, leading with foresight and a strong financial vision.

Key Responsibilities of the CFO:
As CFO, you will be the driving force behind the company’s financial strategy, working closely with the President to shape long-term success:

• Develop Financial Vision: Lead the development and implementation of the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Take ownership of the company’s budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful financial reports to guide decision-making at the executive level.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and working capital optimization to ensure the business meets all financial obligations while positioning for growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use financial modeling and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic recommendations.
• Financial Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners to support organizational goals.
• Strategic Planning Support: Work alongside the President to conduct scenario analysis, provide strategic insights, and lead business initiatives.
• Leadership: Provide mentorship and direction to the Accounting Group, ensuring a high level of performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications of the CFO:
To excel in this role, we’re seeking someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing budgets from the ground up.
• Previous experience in the professional services sector is required.
