Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring significant industry experience and a strong understanding of financial management, treasury operations, and regulatory interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage treasury functions and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and exchange requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members.
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to the executive team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience within the futures or futures commission merchant (FCM) industry.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and interactions with regulators and exchanges.
• Experience with NetSuite and FIS GMI preferred.
• Series 3 and 27 licenses are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
