Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary Range: $121,000 - $155,000 per year
Position Overview:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including Corporate Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Cost Reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, large-scale accounting systems, and internal operating procedures.
- Manage the preparation of the operating budget, tax returns, and financial reporting.
- Supervise accounting, billing, and front-end staff.
- Drive financing and capital acquisition strategies, supporting organizational growth and fiscal stability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
- Certification: CPA required.
- Experience: 5+ years in financial systems development and corporate reporting. 5-7 years of management and supervisory experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Preferred: Experience with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar organization, particularly in managing finances for underserved or low-income communities.
