What You Bring to the Table: 

SNF/LTC Experience Required: Only candidates with substantial experience in skilled nursing/long-term care financial operations will be considered.

Leadership Prowess: Strong ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate across multiple facilities.

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated skill in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
