Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Mechanical Engineer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an engineering department
• Strong knowledge of Manual/CNC machining, manufacturing processes, materials, and welding
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred), GD&T, and ANSI drawing standards
• Expertise in mechanical/hydraulic system design, assembly, and testing
• Experience in industrial hydraulics applications and heavy industry equipment maintenance is a plus
• Lead and manage a team of 4 engineers, overseeing both design and manufacturing tasks
• Design and develop hydraulic and mechanical systems, including solid modeling, assembly, and product testing
• Support machining, quality control, and the resolution of design and manufacturing issues to ensure product excellence

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
