Are you a visionary healthcare leader passionate about driving clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes? Third Street Family Health Services is seeking a dynamic Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and inspire our medical teams, fostering innovation and a culture of quality and safety.
As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all clinical programs, including Primary Care (adult and pediatric), OB/GYN, Psychiatry, and Podiatry services. In collaboration with your teams, you will set strategic goals, lead quality improvement initiatives, and provide direct supervision to our clinical staff and Quality Department.
What You'll Do:
- Executive Leadership: Partner with the executive team to shape the future of healthcare delivery, focusing on high-value, financially sustainable care. Lead physician and nurse staffing plans, oversee resource allocation, and ensure service delivery aligns with our mission.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide hands-on clinical care 16 hours per week, while also steering our Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance (QI/QA) programs. You'll develop quality plans, establish clinical standards, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Team Building & Development: Cultivate a high-performance clinical team through mentoring, training, and supervision. Lead trauma-informed initiatives and spearhead the development of a clinical curriculum to enhance our team's skills and service delivery.
- Community & Business Relationships: Represent Third Street at local and national forums, building relationships with external organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups to promote our innovative care model.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in a primary care, OB or Psychiatry
- Active DEA License
- Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care or community health settings.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in health care administration or medical management.
- Strong understanding of FQHC regulations, reimbursement mechanisms, and health care financing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to serving underserved populations and advancing health equity.
