The Chief Nursing Officer will join a 20+ bed community medical center in the sunny state of Iowa. The Chief Nursing Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will help lead an amazing team of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses. Supported directly by several Nurse Directors, the Chief Executive will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for all clinical departments at the facility including the emergency services, critical care, rehabilitation and more. 

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Chief Nursing Officer will provide expert guidance to all faculty. The CNO will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. The Nurse Executive will be responsible for implementing quality measures, monitoring compliance and developing improvements to current policies and procedures. The Nurse Director will also be responsible for effectively collaborating with the executive team as they create an environment that puts high quality patient care at the forefront of their mission. 

The Chief Nursing Officer will begin a new adventure in the western region of Iowa.  This medical center is located in a rural area and is perfect for a candidate who loves a family friendly small town and access to lots of outdoor recreational activities.
