Overview: Performs highly responsible duties in overseeing enforcement actions within the Securities Department.

Responsibilities:

Lead investigations into securities violations.

Develop and implement enforcement strategies.

Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory agencies.

Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience in securities law.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Excellent communication abilities.
