Summary:
In this role, you will serve as Chief of Staff to SVP of Global Operations Solutions, providing crucial support for strategy planning sessions, enabling strategic execution, and acting as an extension of the SVP. Responsibilities include preparing content and narratives to ensure effective communication and alignment with strategic objectives. Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term plans, special projects, and strategic initiatives including monitoring progress and performance metrics
- Drive the rhythm of the business including team meetings, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions
- Serve as a liaison between the SVP and other departments, effectively facilitating clear strategic planning, and project management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the SVP to deliver to senior leadership and other stakeholders ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives
- Serve as a thought leader to SVP and facilitate preparation for all internal and external meetings
- Support the development and growth of the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
- Partner with administrative assistant to prioritize SVP schedule and time

Domicile Information:
This position is based in Collierville, Tennessee, and offers a hybrid work environment, with time split between 2-3 days in the office and remote work.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
Strong communications and human relations skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the currentstarting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factorspermitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US pay range: $8,452 -14,368 Monthly
