This job will have the following responsibilities:

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Participation in revisions of standard operating procedures
- Work with clinical faculty in developing strategies for expansion
- Establish and secure locations for future Laboratories
- Maintain scheduled/preventative maintenance of equipment
- Environmental monitoring
- Management and documentation of training curriculum
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Participate in research proposal planning, cost estimation, and negotiation
- Support the essential functions of the position and operational needs
- Think critically to resolve unique issues revolving around a shared work environment and help maintain an environment of collaboration and creativity
- Master Degree in biology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field
- 8 years facility operation experience
- Prior history of obtaining required CLIA and State Licensure
