Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Operating Officer (COO) position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Experience with cold forming, machining, and heat treatment processes preferred.
• Training in lean manufacturing principles and Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Oversee and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO to align on business strategy and goals.
• Understand and enhance the financial position and strategic growth of the company.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and establish company goals.
• Review and control departmental and production costs to maintain budget targets.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including flexible scheduling, three weeks of vacation with additional time based on tenure, and relocation support including temporary housing.
