Telecom & Wireless Sales: Evaluate, enhance, and execute the company's strategic plan with a focus on sales and customer acquisition.

Strategic Planning: Lead the development of financial forecasts and metrics to ensure alignment with board-approved objectives.

Technology & Service Roadmap: Deliver a roadmap that reinforces and grows the company's market position.

High-Level Representation: Represent the company to prospective partners/customers, including telecom carriers, government entities, corporations, universities, and system integrators.

Opportunity Evaluation: Explore potential opportunities, monitor competitive issues, and capitalize on core business strengths for long-term revenue growth and profitability.

Organizational Assessment: Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses and build/maintain a strong team to support the strategic plan.

Transition to CEO: Make an effective transition to CEO over a specified period.

Experience: 15+ years in telecom industry operations, sales leadership, and compliance roles.

Track Record: Proven record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and ensuring compliance.
