About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join a rapidly expanding organization in the renewable energy sector. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee daily operations and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies
- Oversee all operational departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, leveraging best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and guide departmental leaders to build a high-performing and cohesive team
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain seamless communication across departments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role
- Direct experience managing door-to-door sales operations is a must
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead change management and performance improvement initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong organizational skills with excellent business acumen
- Adaptable and comfortable managing uncertainty during periods of company growth
