Having successfully launched its social MVP in 2023, the company is currently in private beta with over 1200 active partners and users, boasting an impressive collective follower base of 28 million on Twitter. The platform serves as a Creator's Marketplace, enabling peer-to-peer advertising and empowering creators by granting them more control over their revenue streams and data. The mission is to revolutionize the ad revenue model within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and CTO to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.

Establish and oversee operational processes that align marketing, technology, and business development teams.

Manage the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring each department contributes effectively toward the overarching business goals.

Foster seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure performance optimization.

Take ownership of the company’s daily operations, ensuring all functions are running efficiently.

Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of processes across departments.

Manage budgets, human resources, and long-term operational planning, ensuring the company's operational growth and scalability.

Act as a key partner to the CEO in shaping and executing long-term strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably within startups or fast-scaling tech companies, with a significant focus on blockchain, Web3, or cryptocurrency sectors.

Demonstrated expertise in scaling operations for technology-driven companies with complex multi-departmental coordination.

Proven track record in implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in advertising or related fields.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning various departments (e.g., marketing, tech, product).

Familiarity with OKR frameworks and experience in driving team alignment through data-driven objectives.

Excellent knowledge of budget management, resource allocation, and organizational growth strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and track operational efficiency through KPIs.
