Qualifications and Education Requirements:One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position: Education | And | Experience | Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related area. | | - 5 years experience related to HR, workforce strategy, or organizational planning.
- Leadership experience such as overseeing HR teams, developing workforce strategies, managing organizational change initiatives.
