As School Director at Childcare Network, you'll create a caring, inclusive environment, fostering respect among staff, parents, and children. Your main focus will be on safety, health, and well-being, refining protocols and leading a team of educators with hands-on support. You'll drive enrollment growth and implement enriching activities to spark curiosity and love for learning. Requirements
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 21 years old and hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in Arkansas, which include a high school diploma or GED along with one of the following, a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, a bachelor's degree in a non-related field with 4 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, or an associate degree with 6 years of experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
