Who Are We?
The Village Early Learning Center is a Reggio-Emilia inspired, NAEYC accredited school for young learners located in Brandon, Florida. We are an established center that has been open for over 20 years. The campus consists of two buildings, lots of age-appropriate playgrounds, beautiful gardens and outdoor classrooms, a dedicated art room, state-of-the-art security, and the finest professional teaching team in the area. We are committed to investing in our staff and developing a caring, friendly community of educators and learners. It is our mission to grow independent and confident, compassionate individuals by cultivating an environment of academic excellence. Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for dedicated, experienced educators who are passionate about investing in the lives of children. If you are a collaborative, early childhood educator looking for somewhere to invest and grow, we want to speak with you!
What You'll Do:
- Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience.
- Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
- Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old
- Certifications: A High School Diploma or GED, some roles require an active CDA or a diploma in ECE.
- Physical Capabilities: Successfully meet the physical demands inherent in working with children.
- Training Requirements: Possess CPR and First Aid certification and Ability to pass a background check
