- Weekday evenings & overnights: $9 incentive pay

THE INS AND OUTS
THE SCHEDULE:
Work schedule options include the 1st shift (7 am – 3 pm), 2nd shift (3 pm – 11 pm), or 3rd shift (11 pm – 7 am). Expect to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
YOUR ROLE:
Your role involves administering medications and implementing nursing treatment plans to ensure the well-being of children with physical and developmental disabilities. You're responsible for providing hands-on nursing care, such as wound care, catheters, and g-tubes. Additionally, you regularly review patients' physical condition, document any changes, and effectively communicate important health information to parents, guardians, and agency staff. Your expertise and guidance are valued in supporting and providing direction to our dedicated direct care staff. Let's make a positive impact on the lives of these children together!
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Drivers license
- LPN license to practice nursing in MA
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
