Children's Services Director at Hinds County Human Resource Agency

Under the direction of the Vice President of Head Start and Early Childhood Programs, the Children’s Services Director is responsible for developing the team management system for effectively implementing and evaluating education, disabilities, health, and nutrition services.

A Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; two years of management or administrative-level experience in Head Start or are a similar program; extensive knowledge of federal, state and local resources; knowledge of financial practices and budgets; and a humanitarian interest in community activities.
