Responsibilities & Requirements

No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate must be:

• Adaptable & Understanding: Ability to follow instructions precisely and align with the company's vision.
• Interested in Annuities: A strong interest in annuities is essential, along with a willingness to stay informed about market trends and updates.
• Numerically Skilled: Comfortable working with numbers with ability to analyze and report on market changes.
• Excel and PowerPoint Proficient: Capable of assisting in creating product comparison tables in Excel and developing PowerPoint presentations related to annuities.
• Attention to Detail: highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in keeping up with industry changes, and capable of supporting the team in various tasks related to annuities.
• Bilingual: fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Professional Development: After training, you will be expected to confidently answer Financial Advisors' questions, assist with form completion, and continually deepen your knowledge in annuities to become an expert in the field.
• License Requirement: Although a life insurance license is not required to start, you must prepare for and obtain the necessary insurance license by the end of the 3-month probation period.
