Objective
Our P&C team is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines department.

Responsibilities:
- Presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Bringing new business prospects to closure.
- Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services.
- Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the nest quotes possible for clients.
- Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
- Attend training sessions, courses to maintain up-to-date skills.
Qualifications:
- Active license in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Minimum 6 ~ 10 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience
- Experience in selling to a specific industry and surplus line insurance policies is a plus.
- Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
