THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our Chiropractic Office Assistant - Receptionist, you'll be at the center of our practice, handling patient scheduling and managing accounts with efficiency and a warm smile. You'll be responsible for promoting our services, engaging in meaningful conversations at the front desk, and managing the office flow to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will involve gathering leads, coordinating patient appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. Each day, you'll contribute to a positive patient experience and support our mission to enhance health and well-being!

Your full-time schedule will be as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:40 AM - 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then regroup from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
• Community Engagement: 1/2 day per month with one-month prior notice

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• 1 year of relative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• A professional self-starter
• Medical, health office, or fitness experience
• Phone experience
