Job Description – Production Specialist - SC

Standard Work Schedule

• Part –Time hourly position (20-25 hours per week average, Sunday thru Thursday, occasional weekend hours)
• Additional hours may be required periodically, such as during special events.

• Experience with production hardware and software.
• Ability to move and lift heavy objects.

  • Custom Control App

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with /Production team to ensure high-end support for Sunday ministries, events, and video shoots.
• Primary production support to NextGen/Student Ministry
  • Support student ministries at South Campus (position 1) to include:
    • Lights programming, stage clean/reset, upload lyrics/slides/games, audio etc.
    • Recruiting, scheduling and coordinating volunteers
      • Shepherding volunteers
    • Check and load NextGen content.
    • Pod C (position 2)
      • Same responsibilities as above
• Support BrookwoodKiDs when needed
• Assist with video when possible.
• Attend Staff Meetings and other training and team building opportunities
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Development and Performance Management

• Supervisor will determine training and development.
