The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commodity Integration Buyer to lead and support multiple NA Greenhouse Exterior commodities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with both internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, finance and procurement and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering design TVM, monitoring distressed suppliers and supporting buyers with CBP development, Key supplier reviews and Gemba events.

+ Lead Design TVM for Exteriors.
+ Work with engineering and programs to deliver on time.
+ Work with buyers to ensure value of savings is met.
+ Work as the supply chain lead in Matched Pair forums with engineering.
What you'll do...
+ Lead buyers in meeting distressed/risk monitoring, in collaboration with SRM team.
+ Track timing of exit strategies for largest impact.
+ Support buyers in populating Commodity Business Plans and meeting timing to deliver.
+ Support buyers in populating Quarterly Business Reviews with key supplier partners.
+ Support buyer Gemba events, from planning and logistics to execution and opportunity follow-up.
You'll have…
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, and/or sourcing experience.

+ Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making and present clear recommendations to peers, and executive leadership.
+ Ability to build network relationships with cross-functional skill teams (Engineering, STA, Finance, Studio, and OGC).
+ Skills necessary to prioritize assignments and multitask to achieve goals.
