Civil Cad Technician - Microstation - ESPO Corporation

Job Title: Civil Cad Technician - Microstation
Location: Sugar Grove, IL or Itasca, IL
Job Type and Duration: Direct Hire

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of civil engineering plans
• Planning and design of roadway and related projects
• Planning and design of underground utility and stormwater projects
• Planning and design of site development related projects
• Assist the project manager and engineer with the preparation of plans
• Keep up with the latest CADD technology and client requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High school graduate with an Associate's degree or certificate in drafting technology or related field
• Experience working with Illinois DOT's or local agencies preferred
• Prior experience in the preparation of plans, plan and profiles, cross-sections and infrastructure improvements
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with MicroStation; AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver's license
