Civil and Comercial litigation Attorney - Gpac

I am working with a few prominent White Plains firms that are in need of civil and commercial litigators. If your experience is in commercial litigation that will be the majority of your work. If your experience is in civil litigation and insurance defense then you will primarily be handling insurance defense. However, these roles are opportunities to expand your practice by having the ability to mix in more complex cases to include commercial litigation.  

Qualifications:

• Ideal experience range is 2-10 years but others are encouraged to apply
• Ability to handle files from inception to trial.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be eager to hit the ground running with hearings, depositions, board hearings, and trials.
