Join Our Team at DBA Construction! DBA Construction is seeking experienced Structural Carpenters to join our growing team for multiple projects near Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities:

• Formwork & Concrete Construction: Build and maintain formwork for concrete structures including footings, grade beams, columns, and walls. Proficient in using Gang Forms, and loose leaf.
• Carpentry Tasks: Construct safety handrails, hole protection, gang ladders, steps, and temporary weather enclosures. Perform sawing, nailing, drilling, measuring, and other related duties.
• Safety Focus: Install safety features such as handrails, walk planks, and fall protection systems. Ensure OSHA standards are adhered to on-the-job site.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with field supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Take ownership of assignments and actively contribute to problem-solving on site.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of structural carpentry, particularly in concrete formwork and placement.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings. Strong carpentry skills and experience working with various form systems.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 Certification, Fall Protection, and MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) experience with (Boom & Scissor Lift).
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs., stand, walk, and climb ladders/scaffolds for extended periods.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed. Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation.
