This Estimator will lead the full estimating scope of infrastructure projects including NCDOT, municipalities, and commercial/residential customers. Responsible for negotiating the pricing & changes in scope/scale of work, meeting with current customers/vendors, and obtaining new clients.  Proficiency in Bid2Win or a similar estimating software is ideal.
