We are seeking a motivated Civil Designer ideally with a background in land development for an exciting career opportunity in Atlanta, GA!

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify survey drawings and site plans
- Apply knowledge of title blocks and construction detailing to produce high-quality construction sheet plans
- Collaborate with teams on various site development engineering services for adaptive-use and new construction projects
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience with survey drawing and title blocks
- Strong knowledge of site plans and construction detailing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Civil 3D CAD software
- AA Degree in Drafting/Design
Position Details:
- Location: Atlanta, GA 30308
- Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pay: ~ +/- $18$25/hr, Negotiable, based on experience
