Join a thriving real estate development company specializing in student housing projects for Texas public universities! Based in Arlington, TX, this company is rapidly growing and looking to bring civil engineering expertise in-house to reduce reliance on external firms
With an extensive project pipeline and a focus on multifamily housing, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role as a Civil Engineer in driving the company’s long-term vision forward
From coordinating surveys and soil studies to collaborating with TXDOT, this is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled engineer ready to make a lasting impact.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (preferred)
5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site plans and multifamily projects
Strong design and management skills, capable of coordinating consultants and survey teams
Ability to handle soil studies, manage the TXDOT process, and work on smaller project developments
Graduates from or experience designing for the Texas A&M system or Prairie View University is a plus
Ability to stamp drawings and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects
Travel across Texas for conferences and meetings (15%-30%)
Available to work 40-50 hours weekly, depending on project demands
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
