Civil Engineer - Personnel Resources

Are you a new or recent graduate looking for a company to start your career with? We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join a team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the design, development, and construction of various civil engineering projects. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm and you must be willing to do local travel to various job sites. Pay will range between $70,000 - $75,000 per year with a full benefits package offered!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction estimating, GIS analysis, and SWMM modeling
- Utilize engineering principles to design and build structures and infrastructure
- Perform land surveying and mapping tasks
- Create detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD software
- Implement wastewater treatment solutions
- Manage construction projects ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, and GIS applications
- Experience with SWMM modeling and construction management
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes
