About the Job
We have an immediate need for a Civil Engineer in the Chapel Hill, NC area.
We are looking for recent graduates and junior level engineers as well!
This is a Full Time, Temp-To-Hire position and expected to go direct within 6 months of start date. Position also offers an 80% Remote Work schedule upon completion of initial onboarding period, estimated to be about 1 month.
Starting pay is dependent on experience and education, with an estimated base salary of $70,000-$85,000 once going direct.

Job Summary:
- Land development design, including erosion control plans
- Site layout and roadway design, utility plans, grading and storm drainage plans,
- Stormwater management and SCM design using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Associate's degree in civil engineering w/relevant job experience OR BS in Civil Engineering
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 0-4 years experience in site civil engineering (erosion control design, site layout, site grading, utility design, stormwater management design, roadway design)
- Good understanding of site civil engineering practices
- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is a HUGE plus!
- BS in civil engineering
- Engineer-in-Training certification preferred
- Hydraflow Storm Sewer is a PLUS
