- Create detailed construction documents and design plans that meet rigorous standards and code requirements.
- Actively participate in client meetings and design reviews, effectively communicating complex technical information.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Strong experience in utilizing industry-standard software for construction document preparation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality construction documents for commercial building projects.
- A proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
- A strong work ethic and a dedication to continuous professional development, including pursuing licensure.
- Prior experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus.
