Are you a passionate Civil Engineer with a focus on land development?

One of our top clients is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in California. As a key member of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of land development projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare site civil development plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
• Conduct site feasibility studies and prepare engineering reports.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of California land development regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineering (PE) license in California.
• Experience with stormwater management and water quality design.
• Knowledge of local government agency requirements.
• PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
