Civil Engineer: Expectations and Requirements

• The primary responsibilities of the Civil Engineer role will be to prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE).
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Strong teamwork ability and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer modeling software.
