Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Function as the focal point for all field coordination Chair weekly field coordination meetingsMonitor contractor schedule complianceMonitor contractor quality assuranceMonitor contractor safety complianceCollect, analyze and file contractor daily reportsControl site logistics — site access & laydown areasFacilitate functional and safety buy-offAssess completion for invoicingDevelop punch lists and drive to completionDemonstrated expertise in field: Mech (ventilation/Dry rooms/Compressed air / chilled water systems) Electrical (15k and 480kV power distribution), Arch/Civil/Structural (Steel erection/clean/dry room construction experience)Required Qualifications: Preferred- Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical background requiredTen (10) years experience in Construction management.Three (3) years experience in Automotive construction or one Year battery plant ConstructionAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.To all recruitment agencies: Gotion does not accept agency resumes
