Required:
- Bachelors from an accredited school of Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE License (PE preferred)
- Knowledge of Land Development Engineering
- Candidate should possess good communication, verbal and technical writing skills
- Software experience should include, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Hydragraphs, Hydraflow, Microsoft Office
- Experience in Site Layout, Grading, Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control and Lighting Design
- Experience with Stormwater Management Regulations, stormwater basin design, and preparing stormwater reports

- Perform due diligence investigations including but not limited to planning & zoning analysis, utility research, environmental & geotechnical reviews, and conceptual construction cost analysis.
- Develop conceptual layouts and technical solutions to comply with the project program.
- Prepare construction documents including layout, grading, utilities, storm water management (both quantity & quality control), and applicable details.
- Make presentations to clients, planning commission, or local permitting authority, as needed
- Provide construction administration assistance, such as shop drawing review, responding to requests for information, construction observation, and attends job site coordination meetings, as necessary.
