What We Do
Our transportation projects involve a wide range of services, including:
- Design services for transit agencies, spanning from bus transit to light rail
- Highway, roadway, and non-motorized active transportation design services for State, County, and City agencies
- Collaborative planning, design, and construction of roadways, transit facilities, regional trails, and bicycle/pedestrian improvements

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to enhance your project management skills
- Contribute to stimulating multi-disciplinary projects across all phases, from planning through design and construction
- Engage with clients to cultivate partnerships and foster business growth in Washington State
- Lead the planning and execution of transformative community projects, including roadways, transit facilities, regional trails, and bicycle/pedestrian improvements
- Take charge of designing and finalizing construction documents as the primary consultant
- Engage with clients to ensure successful project outcomes meeting their defined needs and objectives
Your Expertise
Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in civil engineering projects (site development and/or transportation)
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification or Professional Engineering (PE) Registration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Bonus Points for MicroStation and OpenRoads (InRoads, GEOPAK)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service
Senior Civil Engineer
- At least 7 years of full-time civil engineering experience
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- PE in Washington State or the ability to obtain reciprocity
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other engineering design software; MicroStation proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong leadership aptitude
- Prior experience in task or project management is preferred

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
- For qualified candidates with 2-6 years of experience, the expected base salary range is $78,000 - $120,000.
- For qualified candidates with 7+ years of experience, the expected base salary range is $115,000 - $150,000.
Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
