Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial or government projects, including project management experience
• Ability to obtain security clearance, or existing clearance preferred
• Oversee construction-related activities and support the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
• Manage day-to-day construction and service projects
• Coordinate with customers, review schedules, and solve on-site issues
• Review contractor submittals for contract compliance
• Assist COR during project acquisition phases and draft technical responses
• Prepare statements of work and cost estimates for contracts and modifications

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
