We develop a wide range of commercial sites, including an exciting $11M USACE project currently underway.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Estimator position include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a civil estimator.
• Analyzing project documents, including project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work.
• Expertise in civil works including earthmoving and utilities.
• Developing strong relationships with contractors and vendors throughout the bidding process.
• Preparing and presenting bid documents to senior leadership for review.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel; experience with Heavy Bid and Trimble Business Center is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills to handle bids and meet deadlines efficiently.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business is preferred.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
