Civil Foreman (Pipe, Earthwork, Motor Grader, Asphalt)

Civil Construction Company seeks experienced foremen in 4 key areas.  If you are a Pipe Foreman, Earthwork Foreman, Motor Grader Foreman or Asphalt Foreman with a positive attitude we want to talk with you. Must be able to lead a team with a focus on high quality and safety.  Excellent pay and benefits commensurate with experience.    

• 3 years of Foreman experience required
• Ability to train and lead a team
• Monitor and oversee job progress and provide feedback to team members daily
• Work with Superintendent to ensure the project meets quality and safety standards  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
