Job Details
- Litigation Experience Required: 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense.
- Independent Case Handling: Proven ability to manage litigated matters with limited supervision.
- Litigation Skills: Proficient in taking and defending depositions and strong oral advocacy.
- Educational Requirements: Strong academic background with a law degree and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Self-Motivated Professional: Must be a hard-working, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and networking skills.
