Civil Litigation Attorney - Gpac

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our vibrant legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general civil litigation, outstanding research and writing abilities, and a thorough understanding of the legal process.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to effectively prepare and present cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and guide them through the litigation process.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state and a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Client-focused approach to legal practice.
