Our firm, a leading Boston-based practice specializing in litigation, is seeking an associate in civil litigation, ideally with a focus on complex commercial litigation or employment law.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for complex commercial litigation or employment law
- Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
- A desire to build an active trial practice and handle a varied caseload with substantial client interaction
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts
