Position: Civil Litigation Attorney

We seek a Civil Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years of experience in complex personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect cases. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to work on diverse legal matters.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage a caseload from start to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and provide client recommendations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in depositions, trials, and mediation.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams.
- Licensed to practice law in TX.
- 5-10 years of civil litigation experience in the specified areas.
