We are currently seeking a proficient and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil litigation. Trial experience is preferred, along with a demonstrated track record of offering strategic legal advice.

• 3+ Years of Experience Civil Litigation Attorney
• Possess effective case management and strategy development.
• Representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with client and counsel.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents
• CIVIL PRACTICE INCLUDES: • Business Owner Disputes• Contract Litigation
• • Employment Litigation• Construction Litigation/Lien Issues• Product Defect/Liability Litigation• Homeowners Association Litigation• Real Estate & Landlord/Tenant Disputes• Estate Disputes• General Civil Litigation.
