Job Description:
The Civil Litigation Attorney will handle a variety of personal injury cases, from initial client consultation through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate should have experience in litigation, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or other wrongful conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury matters, including car accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct thorough investigations, legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding the potential outcomes of their cases.
- Work collaboratively with legal team members to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. 
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably personal injury or insurance defense.
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Defense attorneys interested in transitioning to personal injury work are encouraged to apply.
