Salary: $125,000 - $165,000

Position Overview: We are looking for a civil litigation attorney with 3 to 5 years of current experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil litigation processes and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
