Civil Litigation Attorney - Account Recovery Specialists, Inc

Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®), a comprehensive receivables management company, incorporated in Kansas, serving clients locally and nationwide, is seeking two energetic and organized Attorneys to join our team:  

One position requires previous experience in the civil litigation field. 

The other position will be entry level, licensing is not required upon application or hire, but must be obtained within 6 months. ARSI® offers paid time off to study for the bar exam for those not yet licensed.

Responsibilities:

1. Be Responsive
2. Report to VP of Legal/Chief Legal Officer, employee activity and departmental issues

6. Represent mutual clients in civil lawsuits for collection of money due
