Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Districts Specialist to join our Development Services team in Georgetown, Texas! In this role, you will directly influence developer reimbursement from municipal bonds through organization of project construction and financial information which requires collaboration with project managers, clients, and other industry consultants.
Responsibilities
+ Build upon Kimley-Horn’s current special use district presence in Texas, pursuing and capturing opportunities state-wide. This may include the expansion of services with existing Kimley-Horn clients as well as new clients to Kimley-Horn
+ Support partners by demonstrating added technical strength and professional depth
+ Mentor existing and future staff for professional and technical development
+ Participate in community, professional, and business organizations to promote our brand
Qualifications
+ 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Bachelors or Masters from an ABET accredited university in the field of Engineering
+ General knowledge of AEC private and public sector contracts
+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
+ Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
+ Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
+ Ability to work independently and as a team
